Am disappointed with service...it is so dependent on which staff assists. Last Saturday, 05/28, around 9am, Nick helped me find the right bulb for high mount lamp. He was very short, almost like I was interrupting him. I was having a hard time getting the trim off to replace the lights and he indicated he could not help. Staff, he told me, can only with batteries and wiper blades...maybe he was having a bad day, maybe I WAS interrupting him, but as a business that drives sales based on superior customer service, Nick was not feeling it...and neither am I. I will not be back. Feedback: If you care about customer service, hire people who align with your mission.
